Main Charges

All church related groups are free.    

In order to be able to pay for the maintenance, heating,
lighting, cleaning and other costs we have to levy a fee for
the use of the building.
As from September 2018 hourly booking charges are as follows:

Main Hall Small Hall
  Regular Users £10.00 per hr £7.50 per hr
  Casual Users £12.50 per hr £10.00 per hr

In support of charitable organisations discounted rates are:

Main Hall Small Hall
  Adult Charities £8.50 per hr £6.00 per hr
  Children's Charities £7.50 per hr £5.00 per hr

  Small Birthday Parties for under 12's £50.00
  If the parent of the child is in receipt of Income Support a 20% discount can be applied. £40.00

  Casual hiring for one-off, major function(s) e.g.Wedding Reception £150

Other Charges

Hire of Tables and Chairs:

It may be possible for tables and/or chairs to be hired out for 'off-site' private functions.
We have 12 x large tables 5' x 2'6",
12 x smaller tables 3' x 2'6"
and 80 upholstered chairs.
Hirers will have to sign a loan agreement and provide their own transport, although transport may be possible at a cost.
Damage to any item will be chargeable.
Anyone wishing to consider hire should telephone the Booking Secretary for more information.

Hiring and use of the Digital Projector per booking:

* Regular users may hire for £100pa one-off charge for unlimited use.

Cleaning option:

In order to help you in cleaning up after a major event, it may be possible to arrange for this to be organised for you at a charge of £50.  Please let us know at the time of booking if you wish us to consider this. 
Please be aware of your responsibility in this regard under the Conditions of Hire.


Users should arrange for their own insurance cover for any items brought onto the premises.

Damage or loss to building/items:

Where deemed appropriate, charges will be levied to cover replacement/repair costs.
